when you're in the sky sitting on a cloud
you may see the birds circling you
on Valentine's Day

do you notice that the birds are making a heart
just for Valentine's Day

is the best
is the best
we make hearts

when we fall in to the water
and feel the water push us out of room
when the water pushes us out of room

you may scream you may sit there
you may meditate
what is the answer?

connected to earth
back - straight strong and fearless

connected to heaven
chest stomach and all - open soft and vulnerable

joining heaven and earth
tender heart of sadness
