Saint Bill the Fristly

I just couldn't pass up this picture of Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist. It comes from a Washington Times article about immigration legislation. Does this mean that building a 700-mile fence along our southern border is a holy act, or is he just saintly in general?

He also looks like he's trying to blow a tune on the microphones, as if they were reed pipes.
